We will schedule a site inspection once we receive your request for a new gas connection.
Having your site ready helps to ensure our crews are safe and efficient. This also minimises any connection delays for yourself and others.
As soon as we assess that your site is ready, we will aim to install your gas service within 20 business days.
Site re-evaluation will be required if the field crew find the site has changed, and no longer meets mandatory requirements. The works will be re-scheduled to take place within 20 days after readiness.
