[Description]: The AusNet logo appears.

[Voiceover]: Log into our portal at portal.ausnetservices.com.au.

[Description]: A webpage displays the AusNet Customer portal log in page.

[Voiceover]: Select register for an account.

[Description]: A ‘Register for an account’ button is clicked.

[Voiceover]: You'll be asked what kind of account you want to create. If you're a solar installer, select industry.

[Description]: A drop-down menu displays account registration options.

[Voiceover]: If you're a registered electrical contractor, licensed electrical worker, or solar installer, you'll also need to enter your accreditation details.

[Description]: A drop-down menu displays various industry role options. A REC registration number, first name, and last name are entered.

[Voiceover]: Next, enter and validate your mobile number, email address, and ABN.

[Description]: A mobile number and email are entered.

[Voiceover]: If your ABN doesn't appear in the lookup, select manually enter ABN and manually enter it in.

[Description]: An ABN is entered, two boxes confirming acceptance of the terms and conditions and the AusNet privacy policy are ticked and a ‘Next’ button is clicked.

[Voiceover]: When you enter your email address, a code will be sent to that email. Enter the code here to set a password and sign in.

[Description]: A six-digit verification code is entered and a password is set.  

[Voiceover]: You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete.

[Description]: A registration complete message appears.

[Voiceover]: You can now sign in using your registered email and password.

[Description]: An email address and password are entered.
