[Voiceover]: The graduate program's setting me up for success by giving me the opportunity to join all of the different teams in HR, to have a better understanding of that role that I would like to pursue in the future.

[Voiceover]: One of the biggest projects that I worked on during my first rotation in my first six months in the grad program, was golden plains wind farm,

[Voiceover]: which is the biggest wind farm in Victoria. And now with stage two coming up soon, it’ll be the biggest wind farm in the Southern hemisphere.

[Voiceover]: I think being part of energy transition means that you’re contributing to a good cause and to the future of the industry.

[Voiceover]: Working on such a huge project, just as a grad, makes you feel like you’re making a difference.

[Voiceover]: AusNet has a very flexible working arrangement for all its employees. It’s also helped me have two days working from home and to be able to learn a new language during those days as well and make it to classes.

[Voiceover]: And me personally, I enjoy coming into the office and seeing all the faces and meeting as many people as I can,

[Voiceover]: but also valuing that if I want to take a day at home to work, I can do so, has been really great.

[Voiceover]: This is my first full time job after I graduated from university.

[Voiceover]: And firstly, I was quite nervous and excited because everything is new to me,

[Voiceover]: but very luckily I have really good managers and mentors to get me through

[Voiceover]: Every rotation had some very good managers which were willing to help and willing to guide me through the journey, which was very important.

[Voiceover]: You know, coming out of it, wherever you end up, you know that you’ve gained a lot expertise in some business areas,
