Our graduate program provides you with an opportunity to put your skills into practice and build a career within AusNet with a focus on decarbonization and enabling a sustainable future for everyone.

The 2 year program includes rotations within a core business unit and the opportunity to have a rotation in another area of the business. You’ll undertake meaningful work to build your experience and understanding of what we do, utilise your skills and explore your interests.  

Additional features of our graduate program:

  • mentoring program with leaders from across the business,
  • the Early Careers Network and other networking opportunities,
  • learning opportunities such as a Graduate specific development program, PowerUp sessions and LinkedIn learning.
