Millgrove is a small community exposed to floods, fire and storms and the power outages that come with these events. Our $277,000 major grant helped the Millgrove Residents Action Group install a solar and battery system to create a local resilience hub.
Located at Millwarra Primary School, the hub can be used during outages to keep classes running and provide a safe place for locals to gather, with access to toilets, showers, refrigeration and a kitchen.
