Corporate governance
On 16 February 2022 we became privately owned by Australian Energy Holdings No 4 Pty Limited, a company controlled by Brookfield Asset Management. For a list of the consortium of co-investors, see About us.
A transition process is underway and further governance information will be provided in due course.
