About the program

Our three-year paid Traineeship Program gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised Advanced Diploma of ESI – Power Systems. As part of a dedicated cohort, you'll learn face-to-face alongside fellow trainees, building strong professional networks and shared knowledge. While everyone completes the same qualification, your learning will be tailored to one of three specialised technical streams—so your experience is relevant and aligned with your career goals.  

 

What you'll need

To apply for a traineeship, you’ll need:

• Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen – mandatory requirement
• a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle – mandatory requirement  
• year 12 completion with strong performance in Maths and Science - we encourage you to apply if you're completing year 12 currently  
• a strong safety focus, both on and off the job  
• a strong team focus, the ability to work collaboratively, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
