About the outage
We've carried out a planned technical upgrade to our Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) platform to improve Solar Emergency Backstop system reliability, reduce operational issues and provide a more stable platform for day-to-day operations. This is a like-for-like technical upgrade.
The outage ran from Sunday 28th June 2026, 5PM through to Tuesday 30th June 2026, 12PM.
