  • How do I reset my password?
    1. Type in the email address used to create your myHomeEnergy account.

    2. Click on the Send Password-Link button to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

    If you don't receive an email from us it is possible our email may have been sent to your Junk Mail folder or you have entered an email address that isn’t registered to your myHomeEnergy account.
