Applications for meter connections, alterations and abolishments can now be made directly to us via the customer portal.

New meter installations, alterations and abolishments

We have made it easier to raise new meter requests. Our portal allows for faster connections, less manual processing and clearer two-way communication throughout the connections process.  

From 13 May, all new metered connection, alteration and abolishment requests should be completed in the customer portal. 

You must create an account before submitting an application with us.
