[Voiceover]: I mean, opportunities and diversity in the roles that people get exposed to is probably one of the biggest assets that, that AusNet provide their employees.

[Voiceover]: They really support us in our networking, but also to grow and develop in the industry, which is great and I've experienced that throughout my graduate program, but also ongoing.

[Voiceover]: For me, leading a team and seeing people grow is so rewarding.

[Voiceover]: Seeing that joy when they've reached that goal, they've made that achievement and how that contributes to them as an individual is just gold.
