DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN

 

The AusNet Services Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is in operation for the interim dividend for the 2016/17 financial year.

 

The DRP is an opportunity for eligible shareholders to build on their investment in AusNet Services by reinvesting all or part of their AusNet Services interim dividend for the 2016/17 financial year in additional AusNet Services shares:

  • at a 2 per cent discount on the average trading price* and
  • with no commission or brokerage charges.

Q: Who can participate?

The DRP is open to AusNet Services shareholders with registered addresses in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or Hong Kong.

 

Q. Why should I participate?

The DRP provides eligible AusNet Services shareholders the opportunity to build on their existing investment by reinvesting AusNet Services dividends in additional AusNet Services shares. Under the DRP, you can reinvest all or part of your 2016/17 interim dividend (after deduction of any applicable tax) at a 2 per cent discount of the average trading price per security* with no commission or brokerage charges.

 

Q. How do I participate?

Eligible shareholders who hold AusNet Services shares quoted on the Singapore Exchange and deposited with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (CDP) will, or will have recently, received information about participating in the DRP. To participate in the DRP for the interim distribution for the 2016/17 financial year, shareholders who receive a personalised CDP Election Form must complete and return that form before 3.00pm (Singapore time) on 28 November 2016 to:

All other eligible AusNet Services shareholders can make or change an election to participate in the DRP by logging on to the Computershare Investor Centre website (http://www.investorcentre.com) with your SRN or HIN number (found at the top of any distribution statement) and postcode handy.

 

To be effective for the interim dividend for the 2016/17 financial year, your election or change must be processed or received (as applicable) by 5pm (AEDT) on 28 November 2016.
